9500 SC

The KeyBox 9500 SC is an advanced key cabinet system designed with expanded capacity, offering the same intelligent functionality as the 9400 SC but with room for more keys. Ideal for enterprises and growing teams, it provides structured, reliable control over key movement across your facility.

Traditional methods such as unsecured hooks, sign-out sheets, and spreadsheets fall short in fast-paced environments; especially when managing multiple keys across different teams. One misplaced key can quickly lead to downtime and unnecessary security risks.

With the 9500 SC installed, key management becomes automated and tamper-resistant. The cabinet uses IntelliPIN pegs, each with a unique ID that monitors and logs every key action, from authorised removal to attempted tampering.

Supporting up to 84 individually locked keys, each IntelliPIN peg records essential details: who accessed the key, at what time, and whether it was returned as required.

The system includes a dedicated control box with a high-quality display, enabling users to authenticate via PIN or card. The screen provides clear visibility into key status and authorised users, eliminating the need for follow-up calls or manual checks.

Altogether, the KeyBox 9500 SC replaces the chaos of manual tracking with smart, role-based, and fully traceable key access – offering a dependable solution for modern organisations.

Key Features

  • Spacious, yet it can be expanded: The 9500 SC can hold 84 keys, but if you want to scale up, you can expand its capacity by connecting expansion cabinets with the number of strips you require.
  • Audit trail that you can access and rely on: Each key action is logged down to the second, making this key control box a powerful tool for internal compliance, time tracking, and loss prevention.
  • Choose between solid security and easy access: The pegs come in two different versions: lockable and non-lockable. The lockable peg locks the key inside the strip, and non-lockable pegs do not restrict the key, but they are far from unsecured.
  • Tamper alerts and forced-entry detection: Lockable pegs do not make the key accessible without authorization. However, non-lockable pegs will raise an alarm if someone without authorization tries to take the keys. Every unauthorized move is caught in real time.
  • Direct integration with external systems: The key management box can be integrated with external systems, like alarm systems and readers. It can support a door alarm, a key alarm, and a burglar alarm.
  • Interactive keypad with display screen: The key box has a keypad with a clear display that informs about who has the key or opened a specific compartment, and everything on the screen. With a solid battery back, you never lose access to your keys.
